2. Styling & Strategy Consultation

We’ll meet online to plan your shoot, with mood boards, outfit ideas, and a full guide.

3. Shoot Day

Show up with your looks and props and I’ll guide you every step of the way.

4. Image Selection

Within 72h, you’ll get your gallery to choose your favourite images.

5. Receive Your Final Edited Images

7 days after finalising your selection, you’ll receive professionally edited and retouched images in a beautiful online gallery.

Where does the photoshoot take place?

Your photoshoot can happen in a natural light studio, your workspace, outdoors, or any location that fits your brand vibe. We’ll choose it together during your strategy call to make sure it aligns perfectly with your vision.

What should I wear for a branding photoshoot?

We’ll plan your outfits together! I’ll guide you based on your brand colours, message, and personal style. You’ll also get a personalized pre-shoot guide with styling tips, outfit inspiration, and what to bring.

Do you provide makeup and hair styling services?

Hair and makeup aren’t included, but I work with amazing local artists and can send you trusted recommendations. You’re also welcome to book your own artist or do your own glam.

Do I need to have a branding strategy before the shoot?

Nope — we’ll build the creative direction together. During your strategy call, I’ll help you uncover your brand personality, audience, and goals, and we’ll use that to create your mood board, shot list, and visual story.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to make sure we have time for your planning session, outfit prep, and location decisions. But if you need something sooner — reach out! I’ll do my best to fit you in.

Can I use these photos for press or collaborations?

Absolutely! Your branding photos are yours to use across your website, social media, PR features, podcast covers, event promotions — you name it. I’ll make sure we create a versatile gallery that works for all your platforms and brand goals.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can secure your session with a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due anytime up until your shoot date. If you need a custom plan, just reach out — I’m happy to chat and make it work for you.
